Reason 1 - Diverse racial composition
The black population has not been compressed into one neighorhood or job but have been spread out and interacted with latinos and the multiracial economy that grew in los angeles



Reason 2 - Dynamic economic growth
 After the 70's LA lost many of the automobile, steel and rubber tire factories and entered a recession but after the recession was over in the mid 70's the minority econonmy fought to work in the remaing segregated jobs and soon they were succesful




Reason 3 - Dispersive spatial arrangement
greatly influenced the african american economy to strive for better oppurtunities.but many civic leaders grappeled the problem of segregation many homeowners and residents supported the right to have the minorities segregated.
